I get tons of calls a week from these type of numbers every week. The best thing you can do is to report them every time they call and not answer their calls. It keeps your number in their system if you don't answer and never do they lose interest.
they just called me and I said I din't order anything and din't want my name on the list and she was very rude (in very broken English) that she was going to call me EVERY day. Called my phone carrier and had that number blocked and will file with the do not call registery that I'm already on!!
Called me twice today. So I called back and was transferred to my representative. I told her that I was the Las Vegas Suicide Line and that I was concerned that someone was in trouble. She says, "yes ma'am that's why we are calling this follow up call". I said, how can we help you? "She said, well yes, 'I'm calling about that cream. Where can I send it?" I said a little louder, "did you hear what I said? You are calling a suicide line.!" She says, I don't know what that is. I said, it for people who are going to kill themselves..." What ma'am kill myself? (if only). I said you are CALLING it. Its illegal to call a suicide line! Oh she says, "I didn't know, I will take your number off". That was fun.
This caller called my cell last night after 9 pm from NY and left no message. I am on the do not call list as well. Ridiculous calling at that time from NY which clearly meant it was after midnight.
