Who called from 3472862852

Charming fellow called, thick accent, said was calling from something solar. I asked who the hell he was and he responded with the words:
I'm your God, go [***] your mother.

Phone rang, answering machine picked up; some guy kept yelling 'hello' hello' are you there, hello, hello.  He got no response from us.  Very annoying

Called my business line.  When I answered, heard them bang the phone down on the other end.
