I just received a call from this phone number. I don't answer it because it says Out of Area on my caller ID. I couldn't understand the guy because he had a phone accent but you could hear other conversations in the background. It sounded like the guy said he was from PCS which he then proceeded to say Public Credit Sources. I looked the company up on Google and I couldn't find this company at all. It is nothing but a scam.

Be careful when answering this call. These people had all of my personal information. I have reported to the police, DMV, my bank and even the department of social security. They are trying to convince people that there is a lawsuit against them from a "payday loan" company. Some how they are intercepting they applications that are done on-line and they are trying to verify that it is valid! Identity THEFT at its finest. If you get a call deny that you are the person they are trying to reach and hang up........Then CHANGE ALL of your accounts ASAP!
I just got a call from that number too from some guy who couldn't pronounce any English word correctly. I told him i was looking at these comments online and he got all pissy with me. I asked him to state the reason for his call and it was about a payday loan my friend got. Well just got off the phone with her and she has never in her life applied for a pay day loan. This is definately a scam and I am on a national do not call list so i will be contacting the FTC next. Thanks for the comments so I knew what to do with this person.
