Have received many calls from these people with threats to be sued and taken to jail. Have looked up their #'s before and they were coming from Tampa. This one however is in Brooklyn, New York. Man says his name is Charles Brown (original) and as always has a thick Indian accent. I told him that I know he and his fake company are a fraud. Please do not give them any money or personal info. They should go get a real job and stop insulting our intelligence!
Heavily accented male telling me I defaulted on loan, and misapproriation of funds. Wanted to have me promise to make good on these loans. No paperwork has been sent or proof of loan.
Probably the same heavily accented male - saying his name is Michael Scott (yeah right) looking for a friend of mine.. said he was from Affidavit Consolidation Svcs..inquiring about my friend's SS#... the number on my caller i.d. was 052-497-347.... very strange...
I got the same heavily accented male. but I was at work could not pick the phone when paged. and a co-worker did to take a message and was told by this male named Daniel r. he said he was a doctor and it was serous call and that it had to deal with my daughter. . the co-worker told me it was a doctor and something was wrong with my daughter I toke the call and he said who he was and from the ACs I told him he just caused his company a law suit . he lift his name on my cell phone. so there company will here from my lawyer.
One of my coworkers had one of the same calls! They are a bunch of scammers! She has never had any loans, let alone a defaulted one! When we called the company back, I got someone who could barely speak english and told them if they called the business line again then there would be a lawsuit filed against them. The "supervisor" (Which was in theory someone just sitting next to him because it took less than 2 seconds for him to get me someone else,) said "do what you have to do and hung up. Something needs to be done about them! Anyone have an address for them for lawsuits?
I am very concerned that these people may be getting through to some innocemt people. Isn't there a way that the government can stop them. They call me almost every day at work, home and cell and they leave threatening messages. I would like to know which government agency can put an end to these harrassers. I don't owe them anything at all.
