Looking up the number says it came from a Verizon vText number in New York.
Received text message on my presonal cell Aug 20 11:57 PM PST. "Chase is offering $1,500 cash loans ......" same as Napoleon. No way would I follow the link. Various reverse number lookups say number is invalid or unknown.
