Calls always when I am online either before I go to work or after. Says New York (NY) and keeps ringing without going into voicemail. If you do pick up the phone and don't say anything, you won't hear anything. But even if you make the slightest sound, you will hear an automated voice recording of an office for just about a second and then silence.

This seems highly suspicious of robo-call scam! Please report this to the authorities!

Be extremely careful with receiving scam calls involving I.R.S or other governments. Especially, when they can't identified your information and your gut feelings know it is a scam. Don't simply follow what they ask you to do. Most scam artist will ask you to purchase a prepaid credit card and provide him/her will the numbers to resolve the issue. It is sad how people are making such dishonest living while others are busting their chops. God knows who is honest and not. Those dishonest scam artists out there will be punish by God. Karma is a [***].

Person 1
This person calls my phone at lease 10 times a day claiming he's calling from IRS about a fee and wants it repay. Wants me to get it paid. And then I told the person I spoke with IRS and everything is all good. The person ended the call by saying "okay, then get ready for cops to show up at your doorstep and get arrested, have a nice day"  and I ended my part with "Thank you, you have a nice day too" Seriously, these people are getting super annoying! The next time they call I will using a blow horn and scream from the top of my lungs so that they will go deaf!  I'm tired of picking calls from then and asking for this same thing over and over again.
