It is a scam. I talked to the Federal Trade Commission today and they said that it is definitely a scam. They get information off line from like 200 cash.com and then claim you owe something. Start asking them personal information and they will back off!
These same people tried to scam me saying they were from Instacash USA ,there is no such company,There is also no American Cash Advance,They but info from payday loan companies then make up a name of a fake company.They use scare tactics and are totally a fruad.Also 200cash.com is a fraudulant site,They charge everyone 19.99 but nobody ever gets a loan with them
I received a called stating that I have legal claim against me for a payday loan. The customer service person refuse to give his name and stated that I applied for the loan online. I never had a payday loan and need to know what to do.

I got a call, they stated i owed them 500 dollars for a pay day loan, I dont ever recall getting a payday loan. I did apply but never have taken out a loan. Anyways I paid them becuase they was threating me with fraud and all kinds of stuff, So i guess i got ripped off, if not, then i guess its paid whatever they say i owe. They knew all my information from my bank and everything though..
