I received a call from an Officer Ron Jenkins, insisting that I owed money for a pay day loan, which I knew NOTHING about.  He said, if I can give him my debit or credit card number, the case would be dropped.  If I didn't he would initiate paperwork with my local authorities.  When I asked for a contact number for the pay day company, he said abruptly "you have to deal with me".   He was very arrogant and rude.
