This number sent a text attempting to buy something from me using paypal and then attempted a fraudulant charge on my credit card

Same with a craigslist post I have but I never gave them my info. Just seemed to fishy. Was talking about their shipping agent, so I said when they western union or money gram their shipper the money to pay me cash than I will give up what I was selling.
