I recieved a call from this number at 11:30pm at night, the person was not forthcoming in responding when I answered, finally did and asked for me by my first name - rattled off some foreign name when I asked who he was and then abruptly hung up when I stated that he was calling in the middle of the night and demanded to know what he wanted.
