this man is a check scam artist. I am in the middle of acting like victim to try to catch them. dont believe anything they say.

"Chris" from Texas. Cashier's check scammer on Craigslist, and none too bright.

Check scam artist, do they think we are stupid!!!

Unfortunately,   they have quite a lot of success with this scam.  There are too many people who are easily taken by this and other scamming schemes.  I won't call them stupid.  I hate that word. However, they certainly are not educating  and protecting themselves in todays world.
