Got a very threatening phone call from them, saying I received a "payday" loan in February of this year, and never paid it back. I don't have a checking account!! They said I was being served papers for check fraud, wire fraud and theft by deception, hah! But, if I gave them $288 right now, it would all go away. Told them I had proof I did not get a "payday" loan, and promptly called the local police. This is a scam. Beware!

I got a message from a man stating that I am in a lot of legal problems and that I need to call him right away and pay him in order to avoid prosecution. Is this a scam???? i have had these calls before!!!
Got a call stating he was from a law office and if i did not call back in a timely matter then this would unfold to me and there was nothing he could do to help me. Could not talk very good english. Scam I am sure.
Got a call from this 347-697-1450 and said to call or have my attorney call him and if i did not call back that all that he could do is wish me luck did, Did not speat very good english at all looks like he was somewhere from the mideast, Looks like this is a Scam.
