They called me saying they were with MS and had received a trouble message from my PC and wanted to access it so they might diagnose the problems and repair it for me. When I asked for a supervisor because I couldn't understand the rag-head on the phone I got Arthur Anderson who then tried to make it sound like a British accent. I asked where he was and he said the UK. I said it was a big place and to give me a city. Then he said he was in Oxford. I told them to go pound sand. Then called MS support and related it to them and they said is was a SCAM. They have called me on other phone numbers today also. GO AHEAD AND PLAY WITH THEM AND WASTE AS MUCH OF THEIR TIME AS YOU CAN. Microsoft Support will never call you unless they are returning your call to them for support.
