I got alot of calls from 347-827-3826 from an Indian who had a horrible attitude telling me i took out a loan (which I NEVER in my life did) and the US cashnet place is pressing charges against me for my ss#. I told him I never did that and he insisted I did and told me i should get a lawyer. These people a insane and its a big scam just to get you to use your credit card through them! He was stumbling on his words everytime asked him something. Who allows people to make companies like that? We should attempt to sue!!!!!!
i just receive a call from 347-827-3826 threating me that police is coming to my door for arresting me for non payment of a loan ( i never have or had a loan for any purpose) when i search a number for a address i found this number from flushing NY . i did call to my local police departemnt they said they will investigate this number so please who ever receive this type of call report to the police department
Person sound like an Indian accient.

They say that you have an law suit.
Ask for the address of company & person got violent.
Anything I ask for was an violent response.
The person calling has left three angry and threating messages. Saying she was from the american law agency. Then when I actually spoke with her she said she was working for AIG and that I had a judgement against me and I needed to hire a lawyer. When I asked her what this was in reguards to she said that she wasnt allowed to give me the " clients" name or information... and kept asking if I had a lawyer, if she could get me one through their company. I repeated over and over that I had one and asked for information so my lawyer could contact them in the " matter" she became very angry and kept asking if I had a lawyer again...
there are two different people I spoke to... first a man with a thick East Indian accent and then he transfered me to a woman with a thick east Indian accent who said her name was Jessica Smith....Made me laugh.
Everytime I tried to get more info without giving up my info she would get louder and more angry and threating... Untill i finally hung up after her asking me if I had a lawyer for the 20th time.
I got many calls from American Law Agency that I have financial problem. When I called back they told me I owe loan money to a college and unless I don't pay back they will sue me. When I asked how can I pay them back he told me that he will send a authorization paper. I asked where he calling form and he keep saying he is in New York while heavy traffic noise keep coming in background like he is in Mumbai, India. Then I told him that I am tracking his number at that time he hang-up the phone. Then I call 1-866-789-8808 there again a lady with Guyanise or Indian accent pulled my account, put me on hold then told me my account is paid in full, no more balance. What a scam these people are running from all over the world and our government can not catch them or safeguard our credit.
I too just got a call from this number stating I owe $400 to Pay Day One. When I told him I never took a payday loan out with them he tells me "once you pay the balance in full, we can then investigate identity fraud". I told him I'd call back with a payment and then He told me if I didn't make a payment within two hours, an officer would be at my house to arrest me. He also told me I had to send a fax stating I was willing to settle out of court with a copy of my ID. I find it funny that he called on a Federal Holiday when the courts are closed and we can't call to verify. Jerks. I'm a single mom of two kids I just about had a heart attack thinking someone took a loan out in my name and I was gonna go to jail for it.
