keeps calling. no message left and hangs up when answeed

calls two times a day. morning and late afternoon. Never answer. They never leave a message.
Assuming Scammers/sales

Called and asked for me by name. When asked what it is regarding then he says he has the wrong number.
I could hear the other telemarketers talking in the background.

Didn't recognize the phone number.  I called it back and got a recorded message about 800 service and if you want your number removed....

This number called and left no message. Another scammer telemarketer no doubt.
