I just got a call from this number today. Claimed it was something about my student loans being eligible for forgiveness because of some recent bill passed by congress. Hung up after that.
They are still in business. The call came to my cell phone. I didn't answer and there was no message left. Now to find out if there is a Verizon/Android call blocker app.
I have verizon and a galaxy s6. Pull up the call in your "recent" fall. Then tap the three little dots at top right and it should say "add to block list."
