Recording claiming to be calling from "account services" but nothing is wrong with my credit card. Just an opportunity for me to reduce my credit card rate. Last opportunity!!! Press one. Pressed one. Boiler room noise in background. Indian accented voice said hello. Real professional it was. Blocked.
A recorded message called and said this was a reminder that my credit card interest rate was being reduced and that I should select 1 to speak to someone and accept this rate. First off I know that no one is calling to ask me about do I want a lower interest rate. If my interest rate was going to be reduced the company would have done so and informed me. Usually, you have to request it to be reduced. These crooks need to be put in jail and the key thrown away.
