Who called from 3862333728

Received a call on landline.

Anyone know this number?

This number called.  I did not answer as it was not familiar to me.  Checked online and it was listed as possible scam.
Since it was a local area code I usually check numbers out.  It was the 3rd time they called.

Got 2 calls in one day from this number. Annoying female voice immediately launched into some sort of car insurance hype.

Call comes in at 8:42 PM!! Annoying female giggling on the other end. I ask "WTF do you want this late at night?" She laughed and hung up.
