Called 17:50, 14-Feb-2012 - said they were "his health care plan" - would not give any information or leave message.

Called 3:10pm 05/12/2012, asked for my spouse, said something about a survey of her health care plan. I asked which company, they said they needed to speak to her. I said that's not going to happen, they need to speak to me, was put on hold for a supervisor. Was told that federal law does not allow them to discuss with me. Told them she died, they said it is not a big deal, nothing to worry about.

this number called my house acting like bright house looking for our information for a survey..so my wife told him no thank you and reported them...
