I am attaching emails of correspondance between myself and so called "rental agent" for a vacation apartment in vancouver canada.
The so called "Marvelous Mark" was asking for a western union money transfer to the "owner who lives in england at the time." The money order was to go to the following address and person:
Marissa Enfield
123 High St North,
East Ham, London,
E6 1HZ ENGLAND
When asked for further business information and a fax number, since I had only had correspondence through email with him, I was provided the following:
fax 2062029917
phone 13862560765
I then proceeded to call the fax, which gives you the option to leave a message or to fax.
I also did a google search on the phone number and found the following:

I also googled his email address of
[email protected] and found the following listings:

The following is all of the email correspondence which we have had. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.
Thank you,

Mark-
Is there a fax which I can send the agreement paperwork to? Due to the fact that I am sending this money out of the country and have been mislead by transactions requiring western union money transfers, I need to get some business contact information for you, other than just an email address. I would also like the contact information from the person at the apartment comlpex which I will be retrieving the keys from. When I receive this information and can confirm, I will be happy to send the money transfer to complete the first part of our transaction today.
Thank you,
Katie Parker

The unit is available for the dates chosen.I am sure this is one of the best unit you can get around at this reasonable rate but i cannot guarantee the hold of the unit until you book for it. You are required to pay50% of the total rental fee and a refundable security/damages fee of $200 to enable me hold the unit for you,as there is rush for the unit at this time. The owner his studying her phd degree in Uk she is the one you will be sending the deposit to and she accept western union as form of payment.I am an agent.I will send you our booking and payment form as soon i have your reply to know you are interested in the unit.Check the below quotes for the cost of nights you intent to stay in the unit.
2 NIGHTS = $240
%50 DEPOSIT = $120
SECURITY/DAMAGES FEE = $200

I'm interested renting your unit from may 14-16 (not staying the night of the 16th). Is it available that weekend? If so, could you provide me with more information, such as, the number of people it sleeps and if there is a damage deposit.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
