i agree we should file or find a way to punish them with punitive damages. They call all day every day and are very annoying. How can we stop it!!!

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

The caller has a heavy accent and always hangs up after I ask to be taken off this calling list.
