This number is a scam pretending to be the owner of a house he is renting. They say that they are out of town and will say anything to get you to send him money with promises of sending you the keys to the house after he recieves the money. But you never get the keys. He often requests to send the money to his sister, his assistant, his friend and so-on. He is scamming people in NY, OH, TX, AL, and many other states. Be sure to report the name given that he uses for you. the name I have come across so far are

They are now using a # 410-415-3469. Nancy Defatima Larnez Cajina and Billie J.Beltaon. Nacy,his "wife", is in miami . Billie is in maryland with his friend who is dying of cancer. They are trying to rent me a house in Apopka Fl. The address is 983 Welch Hill Circle Apopka,Fl. They will send me the key as soon as I have wired them the money.They could not show the house because they are both out of town. But told me to look in the window at it.The ad is on Zilla.I will flag it as soon as I'm done here. Give him a call and leave him a message. I'm going to see if i can drag this out until Monday and report him to the state attorney.

Hah knew something was fishy. A lady named Maura Jennings is trying to rent a house out of Reno to me, but something did not feel right. ([email protected]) with the phone number of     4104153469. Thankfully I'm not a sucker and did some research, thanks everybody who has reported this!
