Also asking me to enter the acct number and last 4 digits of the ss number. Ummmm.......NO!! Since I receive weekly emails from Navient, a message should have come there first.
This is Navient/Sallie Mae calling about student loan payments. They call every day even on Sunday. Rarely leave a message. They were calling me even though I was completely up to date on loan payments. Very annoying.
