David Millien has changed his numbers and his bank..... US Bank out of Minneapolis, MN and it doesn't exist. Also his new numbers are 646-665-3511 & 646-439-5606.

He has a new number now.... but still from Knoxville with a PO Box of 50578 and zip of 37950. New phone numbers are 646-665-3511 and 646-439-5606.
