Who called from 3862693077

Received a call from this number who introduced themselves as “Online Pharmacy” I’m not quite sure what the deal is but I cannot get these calls to stop.  They are showing up from multiple numbers.

I’m not sure if they are cloning numbers or this actually is the number to the business.

Caller with a distinctly bad Indian accent said he was from the repair company of the Windows computer.  Could hear boiler room in background.
