This is a scam call (ID: Lake City, Florida) saying the IRS is filing suit. Oops...IRS only transacts important business via registered mail. Don't fall for this one.
They called me today, saying they have been trying to get a hold of me (lie). I called back from a dead end land line and it went to a filled up Voice Mail.
This number just called me claiming to be an IRS representative named Mike Martin saying I miscalculated my taxes and owed $5000 to IRS. This is a huge scam. Wish I could file charges!
