I don't understand why the gov't makes us go through going on the do not call list. You put in a complaint and then they change their number and call again. I finnaly bought a phone that can block numbers and just add them as they come. Works well for me.
THEY CALL UNDER THE FOLLOWING NAMES: (Omega GRP, Warranty Svc, Las Vegas NV, LV NV, Customer Service, SRVC, STV) AND THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS: (386-304-1673, 760-526-8502, 702-705-5055, 702-520-1215, 909-502-9109, 702-520-1179) I get a minimum of 2 calls a day from these people and I've never answered. Half the time the line disconnects when my machine picks up and the other half are messages to lower my rates or that my warranty (on an unspecified item) is about to or has already expired. Never, never, never respond to the request to press a number to remove your telephone number from their calling list - all it does is generate a report that tells them that someone is there so the call frequency will continue to get worse. Each time they call and the number changes you'll need to report it so eventually the govt. will catch up with them when there are millions of complaints. They win if we don't file the proper complaint.
Too many phone calls; and many times when you pick up, there is no answer (machine). I looked up the number and its a company that wants to 'lower your rates'; I just don't want any more phone calls.
