Who called from 3864101022

Sent me a text to my cellphone at 3:58pm on 1/26/17.  Text reads:   I'll call you right back.  Never called.  Blocking number.

Not in my contact list, so I did not answer. No message left.

Truecaller ID-ed it as "Debt Scam" so I didn't answer.  The caller left no message.

Not in my contact list, so I did not answer. Searched area code and discovered it was listed on scam /telemarketer list.
