This number came up on my boyfriends phone as an outgoing call. Caused a ruction. This is definitely a 3 problem

got call in UK today. rang and hung up, which usual trick to make you return call to premium rate number. checked on this site and saw above comment.

Keep getting rung by this number but I will not answer it as I do not recognise the number and they do not leave a voice mail message. Where is the number from?
