Please help, they are ruining my life. Lots of complaints on here, but anyone have a solution as to what we can acutally do about it?

I get this call all the time.  They are complete scum.  Some car warranty scam.  I would love to have the gov't nail them but I don't know how.

So, one of these retards just called me, again, for like the 50th time. The last one was yesterday. So today, I ask the gentleman what his name is... He tell me Chris, I then ask what company he works for, and he tells me Warranty Services, then asks me if i pay attention or if i just have ADD. I say to him, what the hell is your problem, do "you people" have nothing better to do than call people over and over again for no reason other than to harass them? He gets offended and asks what I mean by "you people". So I tell him, what i mean is you f***ing idiots that keep calling over and over when I've asked you repeatedly to stop calling and to take my name off their list. He says, "So you've asked repeatedly, what makes you think it's going to be any different this time?" So I ask him why he doesn't just go get a real job, and he tells me that it is a real job. I said, "No, it's not." He then asks me if he should go get a job being a prostitute like me. So I asked to speak with his supervisor, and he tells me, "No, I'm not letting you talk to my f***ing supervisor," and then hung up.

These people are pathetic. Calling people that they know they can have an argument with is ridiculous. I don't understand how someone can call from a number that is no longer connected. I looked it up, and it was a number in Florida, but when i call it back, it tells me that the number is no longer in service. It's bu***hit. Why the FCC can't do anything about these a**holes amazes me.
