Received a call from number 1-386-447-4875 as shown on my callerid. Let it roll to voice mail as I didn't recognise the name (Call Center, NC) or number. No message was left. I dialed the number and received a message that "The number is no longer in service........" Looks like someone with a phone system where they can put in any calling number they like. I have to assume they are either telemarketers or some similar type of crooks. Set my phone preferences to block future calls from this number.
They actually left me a voice mail, but it was pre-recorded and was cut off after about one second. All I could tell was it was a female voice with a Carribean accent. I filed a complaint as my number is on the do not call list.
same thing press 1 so I did this time...Guys comes on the line and says " did you press 1 to lower your CC debt?" I said no I pressed 1 to waste your time, stop calling me! He hung up before I could finsih talking
