Who called from 3864571807

rec'd call 11-9 @ 5:50 p.m. Not home, caller ID reads Health Alliance, no message left.

Caller ID says "Health Alliance". The only people reaching the number they called are work associates, legitimate wrong numbers, or scammers. Since someone else reported this it seems Health Alliance is cold calling, which means they are a scammer.

Received three calls from this number in a day and I would agree this is a cold calling operation.

Called twice today, once around 10am, and again at 4:45pm.  Both times phone rang only once, then stopped.

You can contact 855-371-4640 to report a concern about this number it says Health Alliance but it's not an actual Insurance Company. or better yet contact the Federal Trade Commission and consumer affairs will take care of it..
