2/7/2017 Caller ID same, no message left.  Probable spam.  Another for the  block list.

Something about student loan consolidation They have been calling nonstop for weeks from different numbers.
They are Foreign,

The caller ID shows Orange County, FL and I live in TN so I already assumed it was a spammer. I didn't answer... just blocked them after reviewing the comments on here.
