Who called from 3864571927

My business receives after hour calls from this number. Last night we received 26 calls on our voice mail recording sounds as if someone was standing at a busy intersection.

Secure Merchant, 3 calls back to back but no one says anything when we answer, I just get dead air.   !@%$%^ annoying scammers.
