I got a voicemail with caller ID 386-478-7301 from a man who called himself Steven Alexander of the firm of Alexander & Steffano. He said that his phone number was 866-815-8647, and that he was calling about a case against someone with the same last name as mine, but a different first name. He also said that "either yourself or representative legal counsel need to return this phone call immediately." I called to say that they had the wrong person.
We also got a call from this # for my daughter, they said the same thing, fraudulent use of social security #. First they cannot legally give out that information, there has been no fraudulent use, and secondly the cannot give out names like they did.
Recieved a call today from them only stating that either myself or my representative needs to call them immediately. First, why would I have a rep if I don't know what is going on? Second, if they are located in NY then why is the phone number a Florida number? I have been taken my several so called debt collectors (my own fault for believing what they said was true) & I refuse to be taken by anymore.
this number calls constantly leaving voicemail for another lady and I've called so many times to tell them they have the wrong number and the just keep calling. I feel bad for the lady they are looking for because she is not getting her warnings. just want them to stop
