The caller loudly asks if you are there. Response is who's calling?, they loudly ask for you again and hang up. Third time now. Have their # but know idea whom they are.
I received calls from this number and they left no message. When I did answer it was a man calling for a Sheriff's family benevolent fund (didn't catch the official name) and very rudely talks past you when you say you're not interested. Seems like selling through intimidation.
