I didn't recognize the number and no message was left, in fact the caller hung up after the phone rang 3 times...should not be calling my DNC registered landline....im guessing some sort of robo scam call
I answered but didn't speak. A woman was on the other end but hung up when she realized I wasn't going to speak. Didn't state her name nor the reason for calling. Tentatively assuming it was either a telemarketer or bill collector. At least it wasn't robot spam or, worse yet, a Donald Trump "vote for me" call.
