Received a call from this number this morning. Did not answer the call since it wasn't any know number. Looked it up and it is listed to: Phung Talhelm - NW Scarborough LN, Lake City FL.

Same here, thanks for this info... Just got a call around 8:45 am Pacific. I rejected it since I didn't recognize the number. No message left either, so I'm blocking it.

Said I could lower my credit card interest rate. I permanently blocked the calls.
