If you get a call from 386-742-1145 they are another timeshare company trying to get you to list your timeshare with them.  The guy who called me was named Phillip, but he didn't say who he was with.  But all of these companies are scammers, so I didn't spend any time with him.  I simply told him that we love our timeshare and use it all of the time.  He hung up.
