386-748-2861 is one of those robo IRS scam calls. Caller ID reads 'CELL PHONE FL'. I only answered because I am expecting an appliance delivery and sometimes the delivery drivers call from cell phones. A female robot voice comes on saying how they are trying to reach because the IRS has a lawsuit against you. They want you to call back at the number on the caller ID. I hate scammers...
