Pressed 1 to talk about lowering my interest rate. Asked what company it was that would do this. The answered that you would keep your current card, but that they had deals in place. When i told them I don't carry a balance, she said thank you and hung up.
Same call about lower interest rates. When I questioned the company name, she said "Card Services" and stated that she was affiliated with Experian Credit Report Services. I asked "Experian would intrude on people like this?" She then said I needed a reality check. WTF? Intrusive and rude to boot!
The number called 2 days in a row both times I told them I don't have a credit card.A woman named Nicole immediately hangs up on me.So next time I am going to just hang up on them immediately!
They call about twice a weke. When you push 1 to talk to someone they pick up and I asked if they could take me off their call list. They hamg up on me every time and then call me back again in a few days. I have entered complaints on the do not call registry web site, but who know s if they do anything about it.
