caller ID says American Genera but when you get talking to them it is really Springleaf Financial. They have a rewards program they want me to join. You put their tracking code on the application and they give you a $50 credit. EXCEPT that that credit does not apply to my state and several others. Sooooooo, why would I bother to take the time to look up that number and then explain to my customer that they need to put it on their application? THEN explain to the customer that it does nothing to benefit either of us. No return on a lot of effort.
