Who called from 3868042589

They called, didn't answer, forever blocked.

Recorded message that I get about every other day.  I decided to answer one day and ask to have my number removed from their list and the guy hung up on me.  The phone number changes with every call.

Bunch of rude scammers. Would not remove me from their list.

I assumed it was a spam/scam call and did not answer.  Added to my blocked list.

Didn't answer. No voice msg left. I.D. said it was from Orange City FL.
