Caller ID says "Florida". When I tried to call back I got a "This number is not in service"

Ah yes, my daily call from a non-working number. Blocking the #, 931 phone numbers blocked so far, only 10 billion minus 931 to go!!!!

Idiot calls daily and sometimes twice. What has this world come to...scammers and fraudsters galore waiting to live off someone else's hard earned money.
