This is a number that calls you soliciting some type of energy savings for homeowners using tax credits. They call and call. I kept pressing #2 to get my name removed from their list. That never happened. They call once or twice a day. I pressed #1 to talk to someone. Told them I wasn't a homeowner and could they remove me. Calls still kept coming. I made the mistake and yelled on the next call. "Michael" said because I did that the calls will never stop, they will call me night and day at any time. How can this be reported to the BBB or somewhere else? I don't even have a business name.

this is from a energy savings scam! this is how I got them to stop calling me! Every time they called I set up an appointment! Of course I made it when I wasn't going to be home! after six missed appointments they haven't called in a few weeks! waste thier time like they waste ours!!
Press 1 and talk to the guy, it's usually MIchael. Say the following; "I've been waiting for this call, please come over to the station, I've got a couple Detectives that want to speak with you about a scam involving some elderly fraud victims in Brevard County". Give them the address for your local police station. You won't get calls anymore. As long as you never claim you are an officer you're not breaking any laws.
