I received a call from this company and the woman who began talking after a few seconds delay was a telecom/long distance service telemarketer who was trying to tell me our phone service was going to be changing.
After notifying her that we were not interested and that our number was on the Do Not Call registry she continued to try her pitch until I told her that if she continued to waste my time I would file a complaint to the FTC which would result in a $15,000 fine ... that got her to hang up.
I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, SOUNDED LIKE A MAN FROM INDIA, TELLING ME HOW MUCH I PAY THROUGH MY CURRENT PHONE SERVICE, AND THAT I COULD LOWER IT BY ABOUT 15.00 A MONTH, TRYING TO GET ME TO SWITCH,ASKED ME IF THE ACCOUNT WAS IN MY NAME I SAID NO, WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO MY WIFE,AND TO CALL BACK TOMORROW SAME TIME. I HAD SOMETHING SIMULAR LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE, WHEN I SWITCHED I NEVER GOT ANY PHONE SERVICE, I THINK THIS IS A SCAM..................................
