Who called from 3868982511

My husband received a text from this number telling him to call back asap?  I take it this is a scam? He did not call it back.

Received a forward from this # telling me to call another # with the same area code A.S.A.P....

Received a text from this number telling me to call another # A.S.A.P. as well. I want to know how this scam got my #

Also got one.  same as all of the above.  When calling the originating number (never called the 561 #), you hear a woman's voice tell you that this is a bogus number and she thinks someone is calling from a prison or something.  Strange message.

Got one telling me to call one in my area code.  I did not plan to call either
