Who called from 3869511990

This number calls 3 times a day with no messages. I picked up several times with hang ups. It is annoying!

I got a call from this number but no message was left. The location from which the call originated was listed as Orange City Fl on my phone.

They left no message.

They woke me up this morning at 9:00.  Called again about an hour later and left 2 messages that were somebody hanging up real quick.

Called once again after about 5 months.  Persistent little buggers.  Number is my area code.  No message left.
