Who called from 3869514068

Someone keeps calling from this number and when I say not interested they quickly hang up!

They must get paid by the calls they make, because they hang up when I answer also.

I have never requested information where I give out my cell phone number.  These people not only have my cell phone number but think I want to go back to college.

Have received over 30 calls in 2 days from this number alonf with one at 1 am.  When you call back they illegally record your phone call so that they can splice the call to say that you wanted their service.  DO not give them your name or any other information when calling except for your phone number to have them remove it

They keep calling, even after I've told them I'm not interested. They hang up as soon as I answer now.
