I reported this call earlier but didn't put any information about the location it came from. Here is some further information.

Hung up right after I answered

Received a call and talked to a lady who said she could lower my interest rate on my visa/mastercard accounts. I started asking questions and she wouldn't answer so I finally hung up and reported her on the donotcall.gov website.

Claimed to lower interest rates on all existing credit cards.
Question: who are you?
Answer: see above explanation - no name given

Question: How did you get my number
Answer: from credit bureaus

Question: I am on a do not call list - how come you ae calling me?
Answer: that doesn't apply to us and you could have chosen 0 instead of 1.

Without waiting for a reply the person hung up on me. Very Professional!
